When you request a quote or ask us to call you, we collect the details you enter in the form:
- Your name, phone number and email address
- Your school, district or organization
- Product preferences (brand, new or refurbished) and what you need, plus any message you add
- Whether you would like to receive offers and promotions from us
If you call or email us, we also keep the details of that conversation so we can follow up.
Information collected automatically
We use our own first-party visitor analytics to understand which organizations are interested in our products and how our website is used. When you visit, we record:
- Your IP address and the organization and approximate location (city, region) associated with it
- Your browser and device type, and the website that referred you
- The date and time of your visit, the sections of the page you viewed, how long you stayed, and whether you started or submitted a quote form or clicked to call or email us
- A random visitor identifier stored in your browser’s local storage, so we can tell whether you have visited before. It does not contain your name or contact details.
We do not use advertising pixels or third-party advertising cookies, and we do not sell this information. If your browser sends a “Do Not Track” or “Global Privacy Control” signal, our analytics do not run. Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs for security and to keep the site running.

Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business, such as:
- Web3Forms, which delivers form submissions from this website to our email inbox
- Cloudflare, which hosts our visitor analytics service and database
- Our website host and email provider
- Manufacturers, distributors and shipping carriers, when needed to fulfil an order or warranty claim you have asked for
We may also disclose information if required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests and customer records for as long as needed to serve your account and to meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymize them.
Website visitor analytics are automatically deleted after 90 days.
Security
The website is served only over encrypted HTTPS connections, and form submissions are sent over encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Children
This website is intended for school staff, administrators and procurement teams. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
